Intuitive benefits processing platform with streamlined reporting capabilities
The simplicity of managing your employees’ compensation is easy to understand, as well as simple for managers to administer. I can't think of anything that would be useful enough to dislike about it! It's been great having everything under one roof - salary planning, payroll management and HRIS all in one place. We've also had better control over our cash flow, which has helped us make more informed decisions when buying office equipment or hiring staff members. All information such as performance reviews are available at any time during the year so there isn't too much waiting around. Having access to this system makes life easier for both me (HR Manager) and my team.
Pros
- Easy navigation with no lag times between screens/pages
- Can pull up previous years' data from prior tax returns if necessary.
- Has an auto populate function where you don t have fill out every box manually but instead just click next through each page until done automatically without wasting hours filling things into boxes yourself :)
Cons
- Nothing really comes immediately top mind; however some additional features we could use include making changes directly via email rather than needing admin approval
