Intuitive benefits processing platform with streamlined reporting capabilities

The simplicity of managing your employees’ compensation is easy to understand, as well as simple for managers to administer. I can't think of anything that would be useful enough to dislike about it! It's been great having everything under one roof - salary planning, payroll management and HRIS all in one place.   • Easy navigation with no lag times between screens/pages
  • Can pull up previous years' data from prior tax returns if necessary.
  • Has an auto populate function where you don t have fill out every box manually but instead just click next through each page until done automatically without wasting hours filling things into boxes yourself :)
Cons
  • Nothing really comes immediately top mind; however some additional features we could use include making changes directly via email rather than needing admin approval

Great automation in Payroll and financial accounting

This product has helped us to automate our annual budgeting process as well as giving full visibility of all employee's salary details including allowances, bonus etc., which was not previously possible with other products available at that time. Pivot Has Helped Me A Lot In Making My Job Easier

The best part of pivot is that it has made my work easier by providing me with all required data to calculate salary hikes, which used be difficult for us before this tool was introduced! I don't like anything about pivots interface or its features as they are not user friendly at times but other than those two issues everything else works perfectly fine!! Pivotally great software and worth investing money

I like that it is very easy to use, there are many features which make this tool unique compared with others out here (i am sure you know what i mean). The interface could be more user friendly for new users when first using pivot ally as they can seem complicated at times but once familiarised its really simple! There isn't much dislikes about pivota ally so far apart from maybe some minor issues such as sometimes not receiving my reports straight away or being able receive them after 24…

An easy way manage Expenses & Recurring Bills

I really like that it's integrated with Xero and has some pretty handy reporting options, being able to link in other reports as well is a major bonus. We haven't had any issues so far but i'm sure more complex setups might raise an eyebrow or two! The fact you can use it for both pay and non-pay items makes life easier for payroll purposes too which again saves time - great tool if your business uses xero.
