I like that it is very easy to use, there are many features which make this tool unique compared with others out here (i am sure you know what i mean).

The interface could be more user friendly for new users when first using pivot ally as they can seem complicated at times but once familiarised its really simple! There isn't much dislikes about pivota ally so far apart from maybe some minor issues such as sometimes not receiving my reports straight away or being able receive them after 24 hours delay etc - nothing serious however these things do happen occasionally. Just ensure your team/employees have good knowledge of how their pay structure works otherwise getting confused may lead to mistakes hence leading to errors within payrolls or incorrect deductions due to missing information e.g salary range used instead of correct one therefore causing an error upon submission into HR system thus resulting in problems further down the line if submitted.
