Review on Injen Technology SP1375BLK Cold Intake by Rocco Guale

Installed something like this for the first time and it was easy. On my 2008 Hyundai Tiburon GT V6, all I had to do was remove and install the headlight (3 bolts) and stock airbox (with MAF sensor). Above the front wheel, on the driver's side, there is a cutout where the air intake fits perfectly. I dropped the filter in the headlight hole and installed everything else and then attached the filter. It took me less than 2 hours with no great tools and watching videos to make sure I was doing everything right. Great sound when you start the car, you can hear the air rushing into the intake. When driving, when driving normally, the cabin hum and overall volume changes very little. However, when you step on the gas it has a nice throaty sound that sounds really amazing, especially in the 3-6000rpm range. I got a few comments from colleagues and noticed a slight improvement in horsepower (only noticeable , if I rev up a bit). So far, after about a month of use, it's still great and I usually drive without the radio just to hear this noise!
