I spent about 8 hours getting this device working. Everything was set up correctly and print jobs were queued, but nothing printed. I tried this on 2 different printers. Including QMS 1250W and Dell A960 printer. Frustrated, I called Linksys support. The first thing the support rep told me to do was hold the reset button for 3-5 seconds. It should print the configuration details including the IP address. If it doesn't print, it means the device doesn't support your printer! how easy is it Why doesn't Linksys include this very helpful and simple tip in its Quick Start Guide? However, if you're trying to print a test page, you've probably already purchased the device. I strongly recommend avoiding disappointment and calling Linksys before making your purchase. This way you don't have to return an item if you find that your device is not supported. Come on Linksys, you're failing me this time!
