The live support experience can be integrated into Salesforce with ease, so all your communication is centralized and available for end users to use when contacting technical support issues/questions - saving both parties (the client and the tech) from calling multiple other departments that could potentially delay their problems solving needs! Also great integration of chat bots as well. We need an extra hand for our sales team during the busiest hours so that they are able to quickly handle phone calls. It has allowed us to streamline our operations because it provides one-stop solution and we have no longer needed call centers or additional agents, which was costly and not necessarily efficient for our business goals. I like the fact that I can use the live chat to make a purchase. I also like that I can use the live chat to ask questions about the product.
