Cooler at a good price and great for most CPUs. However, its round base covers 50% of the Epyc CPU, although support is claimed. It works, but if it doesn't cover the entire surface of the CPU heat spreader, it probably isn't as efficient as it could and should be. So while the mounts make it compatible, it can be tweaked. When used with some Epyc boards, like the Asrock I use, the pump's USB cable interferes with the DIMMs. I had to buy a shorter right angle USB connector and it's still within <1mm of the DIMMs. I actually used tape to avoid short circuits.
