I'm not the tech guru of the family. Khabz is. He took this tripod out of the box and started playing around with it and testing all the features. I immediately noticed how the legs reminded me of one of those toys from the 70's that were very stretchy and flexible. I can't remember what the toy was because my brain is too full of other useless information. I ordered this due to the need for a web conference with a very complex table setup. I needed a tripod that could bend into a ridiculous position to hold my camera. Pretty much upside down and backwards, and THIS tripod will do just that. I know there are big brands out there and prices vary, but I have to say this one impressed my tech-savvy husband. He moved it around the house and checked if it would get caught on the dog guard - yes. Will it be placed on the side of the table and upside down. Yes. Could you put it in the most ridiculous position it takes to get that super awesome shot for your online channel? Of course! He was amazed by the performance of this tripod. When the camera is on, you can tilt the camera and everything stays in place. This tripod did exactly what I needed. I either had to find a reasonable tripod solution or buy another table. i love my table This is not a practical table. It's stylish. husband hates. I don't want a boring and ordinary table. But I had to put the camera in the craziest place on the craziest table and it worked. I can save my desk and now I can do web conferencing without dropping my camera and taking pictures from my ceiling. The boss was very annoyed and I crawled under the table to get the camera while the colleagues laughed.
