NOW THE BEST ABOUT CRANE CUSTOMER SERVICE: The volume control stopped working 8 months after purchase after using it every day 5 days a week for at least 3 hours a day. I contacted Crane and the rep immediately issued a new replacement with a shipping label to ship the defective radio back. Only a reputable company like this (or one like Weber Grill) would stand behind their products like this. CONCLUSION: I work for this little radio and they make products responsibly every day. Is it worth the money? Absolutely! Batteries are plentiful and the sound quality, reception and control make it a 5 star product. What about customer service? Crane is waiting for your call if something goes wrong. BUY WITH MAX CONFIDENCE GUYS!
