Really crappy quality. Absolutely unencumbered - at best for decorative purposes only.
This is an extremely thin metal. I don't even think they hold the strap on the bag well if there is anything in the bag at all. The metal is very thin. They're just cheap, crappy looking (and feeling) bow clips. Never use them to carry loads. It feels like they are aluminum or something cheap.
