I have been working with them since 2013 when they were called The BAM Group, which is how we got started! They're really good at what they do & are always looking to improve their product so that's very helpful as well. Their team has done all of our social media automation (and other services) in addition to being part of my email list management system - it truly could not be better than this combination of expertise! We've used them mainly because they offer great support but also because if you need something fixed or changed within your account quickly then there aren't many companies who can get things back online fast enough while still maintaining quality control / service levels.
