As a pastry chef, I've spent a lot of time and money testing tools that help me work more efficiently. I have many different knives, spatulas and attachments to help me with this, but I have never found an egg separator that is as effective and easy to use as a SOLEADER egg yolk separator. Most other tools take a while to get a clear separation, but everything was smooth with this tool. One of the main features I appreciate about this tool is the shell hook; This way I can separate a large batch of eggs faster than I would otherwise think. It also cleans up my workspace quickly as it doesn't hide excess protein inside like some egg separating bowls usually do. I recommend this product to anyone planning to make large batches of baked goods like macaroons. and meringue. I plan to keep this SOLEADER in my bake set along with my baking supplies and if I could get a product with a 5+ star rating, this would be it.
