I really enjoyed using this egg separator. When it arrived the packaging was simple but the clean design made the separator the main feature. The handle is beautiful and I loved the look of the spirals. It turned out to be easier than I thought. The eggs separated quite easily, although I often had to shake the separator gently to separate the whites from the yolks. All in all, it does exactly what it's supposed to and looks nice too.
