This review is for the Leviton 9726-C one-piece glazed porcelain base mount. I don't need a pull chain so it doesn't bother me. FYI, the chain turns off the light but not the outlet. The outlet should be well inspected prior to installation to ensure it will accept the plug. Misaligned internals are easily corrected with a small screwdriver or needle nose pliers. When reassembling, be careful not to let the ground wire make contact with other terminals if like me you have a bare ground wire. I sealed mine with tape and pushed it far into the box before tightening the mount. Also, be careful when tightening the bracket, it is a brittle ceramic that can crack if over-tightened. Avoid using an electric screwdriver and hand tighten the screw for a snug but not over-tight fit.
