I give this product one star for the following reasons: - It no longer works properly, after diving into not very deep water (less than 30 cm), I saw drops of water in the case, I opened it and saw that the tape is not there and I believe this is the cause of the water ingress - I tried contacting support through the Lifeproof website. I entered my name, credit card info (I wasn't charged again, I've been monitoring my card activity), address, name, etc. I also entered my email address but nothing was sent, not even spam. - I paid a decent amount for this case and it doesn't work as it should anymore. Not only that, the customer support seems non-existent. I don't know what else to do. Oh and I tested it before putting my phone in and it worked as it should, no water got in.
