It was a complete scam. The item I received does NOT switch to Spanish mode. I tried to contact the seller and they refused to replace it unless I sent video to prove it. How and who has time to lie about what to buy for their child! For God's sake, it's a learning device. The volume on the phone was so low that you couldn't hear it unless you turned your ear in the right direction. Overall I thought I got a deal with this purchase. It was a waste of time and a waste of money. Just do what I should have done - buy a Leapfrog instead.
