This waist trainer is really comfortable to wear compared to others I've tried. It's flexible and the edges are soft so they don't dig in or irritate my skin. After wearing it for just a few minutes, I can feel my waist and belly heating up which is supposed to boost fat burning. It lets me move freely during workouts and I actually like the feel of the extra support it gives since I've had a few lower abdominal surgeries in the past. I've just been wearing it around the house as well. I wear a women's size 10/12 or large and the large size in this gives me plenty of band. When I wrap it, I have about ten inches of material overlap. It could really fit just about any waist size, the velcro can stick anywhere on the band. It fits my husband with lots of overlap as well and he wears an extra large. My daughter who wears a junior's small can also wear it, so it really seems to be free sized.
