Fast delivery, simple packaging, plastic tool included to remove the side mirror cover. The installation went quickly. I sketched a bit to tear off the mirror cover because it looked like it was going to break. I think push the tabs along the top 2 or 3 until the edge of the painted cover sits on the black part of the mirror, then grab it and pull up and out the side of the mirror and it pops out . There are no locking tabs on the bottom, so you don't have to worry about snapping. After these 2 screws, disconnect the old signal, connect the new one (align the red wire with the red dot on the side of the connector), check, put the 2 screws back in place and close the cover. They look way better than OEM, are in stock, and significantly cheaper than branded competitors. Very satisfied, will buy again.
