first bought a little over a year ago but didn't take it on a daily basis. I recently bought a new bottle and chewed at least one a night after flossing for about 2 weeks. Full disclosure, one of the bottles offered a free bottle if you emailed it - I did and customer service was friendly and the process was very easy. I haven't received a free bottle yet and they don't ask you to write a review to get a free bottle. I went through the process of getting a free bottle because I felt it worked and I'll still order it again so I can save $25 :) I've had sinus problems from one for a number of years Combination of nasal polyps and a mild allergy. I've made nasal sprays and allergy medication, and none of them have helped. But for the past few weeks I've been chewing this every night after flossing/brushing my teeth, combined with a nasal spray and homeopathic allergy medication. It helps! I haven't felt this clear in many years.
