Works great for me. I bought it to replace my original charger. I've been using it daily for the past two weeks with my laptop running 10-12 hours each day with no issues. The label side gets hot, so I make sure it's positioned so air can flow through. I noticed that this charger charges faster than the original charger. I was smart enough to read the description and see that there is a heat sink inside the charger. They only work if the heat goes somewhere outside into the box. For those saying the charger overheated, they probably didn't let it breathe, so it boiled over. It's like putting on a parka on a sunny summer day and walking through Death Valley without feeling dressed.
