ANZ offers excellent tools to help small businesses, start ups and entrepreneurs manage their business finances better. They make it simple and intuitive to stay on top of things and help them achieve financial goals. I love the fact that they use the Zendesk system. It’s simple and easy to use, I really enjoy having conversations with my clients and getting things resolved. You can see who has viewed the ticket, who is working on it and when the ticket will be closed. I find that helps me keep focused and get things done quicker. The reports are useful too, if you want to dig deeper into the data.I also really like the different dashboards that you can access, so you can check in on multiple KPIs (key performance indicators) without needing to log in every time. This makes it easy to track progress over time. Overall I am happy with how the service works and have found it extremely useful for us.
