ANZ offers excellent tools to help small businesses, start ups and entrepreneurs manage their business finances better. They make it simple and intuitive to stay on top of things and help them achieve financial goals. I love the fact that they use the Zendesk system. It’s simple and easy to use, I really enjoy having conversations with my clients and getting things resolved. You can see who has viewed the ticket, who is working on it and when the ticket will be closed. I find that helps me keep

Pros
  • This is very good tool if you want to track key performance indicators without logging in to your account every day.
  • There is a free version which is pretty basic, and a paid one which is full functional.
Cons
  • It is a little expensive to start off with, however, once you get to know it, it will save you lots of time in managing your finances.
  • There are no customer support features such as phone calls or emails
  • Only a limited number of transactions can be processed at any one time.

  • I received my debit card, then I got my first statement

  • The wait time to receive your debit card can be long, but I understand that happens sometimes.
  • For example, I would buy groceries online with my debit card, only to find out later that they charge a fee for buying online
