This is a major improvement over the worn control knobs on my 2010 Range Rover Sport. They are well packaged but no instructions. There are two sealed cloths. One is isopropyl alcohol and the other is a primer that you will need to wipe down the grips with before gluing new hardware. The alcohol pad dried up after just one wipe, so I used some isopropyl alcohol in a spray can. The primer is enough to wipe the surface of all five controls. I wiped mine with acetone first (including before and after photos) which removed the softened surface. I then used rubbing alcohol and primer, peeled off the red tape as shown and pressed it firmly into place. Very happy with the result. The only very minor downside is that the red and blue air conditioning markings are no longer visible. I only installed it a week ago, so I can't comment on durability.
