We just recently introduced this workplace miracle. It's sitting next to my desk now. My office has been converted into a hallway, and I no longer receive an MFP operator incentive. About the apparatus, I have no issues. I'll just mention the parts that most impressed me: For high performance, it does not work loudly; the noise level is insignificant; and 1) the function of copying passports and certificates is convenient; 2) you may send a scan directly to a specified addressee via e-mail, to a PC, or to the cloud (selection in the address book). See the reviews and the manual for a full list of features; I won't repeat them all here. There is zero mention about laser printing quality. It works perfectly!
