Stops working after 3-5 months
I bought my first one and it worked great for a few months then I had trouble connecting to my Dell laptop. Revain replaced it and the replacement worked fine for about 5 months then had the same problem. After 5 months, Revain wouldn't replace it and was only able to give me $15 in Revain credit. Revain couldn't give me any information on how to contact Rytaki and I couldn't find any useful information on how to contact her online.
