Shipping was fast but packaging was badly damaged: 8-10 inch hole in box, big enough for one hand. It may be the courier's fault. There were a few scratches on the filter housing on the top and bottom plates. The most annoying problem is that the Y-shaped lock nut doesn't fit into the slot in the lid, which prevents the lid from locking completely. The filter itself appears to be of decent quality although time will tell. I tried to post photos but there seems to be a problem uploading to the site. All in all, I'm less satisfied.
