It will work.

I like that it's about half the price of a name brand tool, but as the saying goes, it doesn't take long to figure out why. I'll say it can be used, but you'll spend more time getting everything lined up correctly so the springs compress evenly. It likes to move the springs when you tighten and loosen the screw, and one of my valves is stuck in the black hole that is my engine bay. It works out? Of course you can if you need it. That being said, I bought another one that covers the entire pen and it works much better.
