Easy to install. The removed functionality is commendable. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because the last two buttons on the remote, namely fade (which is my favorite) and the fade light options didn't work with dimmed settings, while the flash and strobe lights did not work worked with dimmed settings. Big. Fade blends color transitions very smoothly, giving the room the perfect vibe, but since the moment you toggle it it goes full light and can't be dimmed, it feels a bit counterintuitive as high brightness is very distracting to the eyes is, especially when you sleep, the lighting only needs to be very dim. Leaving it at that though (I actually bought two so I might just be returning the second one) I hope this issue gets fixed in their next products. The options available on the remote just to see if I could dim the dimming option but nothing worked, it only works at full brightness and the only reason I tried to buy this type of bulb is so that I can dim the lights at night, I expected all lighting options to still support dimming.
