I love it. My Bissell Power Lifter swivel broke the third time I used it. The start pedal fell off. I called the company and they didn't have an official dealer in our area. I couldn't return it to the company. In other words, it was my loss. It has hardly been used. Then my husband had the brilliant idea of using a wireless boot device. He attached the start button to the side of the vacuum cleaner with a Velcro strip. It worked! My husband is a magician and I'm glad I didn't have to look for a dealer outside of my area no matter what they came up with. The vacuum cleaner works great with this idea and I'm glad I didn't have to spend extra money on another vacuum cleaner. We are retired and I didn't like the help Bissell gave me. I will not buy Bissell again.
