Review on 🧰 Overdoor Hooks Organizer Hanger by Brian Whitmore

The jamb is of a thinner, lighter and more fragile material than I was hoping for, but it will do the job on low traffic doors. But any pressure or force will bend this thing and damage the fasteners. My issues: The item came with washers missing, so I had to use my own (which isn't practical, especially after paying for it in full). The handles of the hangers came loose and became uneven (see picture), so it was not easy to connect the two holes to attach the handle (see picture). I contacted customer service about the missing parts and they were initially sympathetic. I told them I use my own washers and in return they told me it would be better to get a replacement from them but asked for a photo of my washers (weird but I did); I mentioned in that answer that I agree with the replacing recommendation. In their next reply they asked for more photos and simply ignored my request for a replacement (as originally recommended). I was scribbled by this answer and just ignored it. It's weird to recommend something to help a customer and then completely reject it and drop it completely (and lose the customer's trust in you). The product is decent (a bit pricey for what it is) but personally I wouldn't recommend it as you may be going through the same thing as me. I'll come back about Revain.
