Superb Knife Sharpening Stones
I had a bunch of boring kitchen knives and ended up buying this set. These stones really impressed me. Sharpened to 8000 grit. After sharpening I did a paper cut test and it cut like butter. But these knives are for meat. So I trimmed and sliced some of the beef and the knife cut through it like butter. I had doubts about these stones, now I'm thinking why didn't I take them sooner. The stand has an anti slip card on the bottom and worked on my kitchen counter even when wet as I sharpened it with water.
