Replacement required - reptiles and amphibians

I bought these bulbs in mid-April, one for the turtle enclosure and one for the ball pythong enclosure. In the 1st week of May 1 lightbulb burned out and had to be replaced. It is now June 27th, ALL 3 bulbs are dead and all 3 are burned out. I only used the bulbs a few hours a day. I'll look around for a better replacement.
