Details/photo - works for me

This goal came in a box inside the shipping carton and was supplied with a protective sheet with 3 of the 4 corners protected. When I received the gate it was undamaged and I was delighted when I opened it and saw the gate. It is really nice. I measured it and it corresponds to what is stated in the description. It is exactly 19 inches high and 4 feet long. The "center" of the gate is 2 feet and the "foldable sides" of the gate are each 1 foot. This allows the gate to fold down to a length of up to 2 feet for storage. It is also black as described. I've posted pictures showing the packaging, how I store the trellis, and how I use the trellis while confining my dog to the kitchen. *Edit: 12/21/13, I no longer see pictures of my customers here, and now another customer wrote that the collie pictured was misleading! I agree that the picture of the collie makes the gate appear larger than it really is. I don't know why my pictures aren't here anymore but they can still be viewed in my profile. If you are not sure about the size, in my photos next to him is my little dog. This is Lhasa Apso. The gate I received is not completely flush with the ground along its entire length when the sides are fully extended. This doesn't cause me any problems - it just means that one side wobbles a little when pressed in the extended position. Also, it doesn't stand alone when the sides are fully extended. This is to be expected, however, since he has no legs. The sides will need to be folded in a bit as you can see in the photos to allow it to stand on its own. It's a little heavier than I thought based on other reviews. It won't fall because my dog will trip over it, but it seems to fall quite easily if the dog tries to knock it over. My dog won't try to move an obstacle or jump over a gate (at least while I'm at home) so that's not a problem for me. Besides, it's ominous enough that he's not starting now. He didn't try to flee and looked at the new gate as if he knew it was indeed a new gate. my apartment. If you have a dog that wants to run away or is large in general, this probably isn't the gate for you. If, like me, you have a small and not very sporty dog, you will probably have a good experience with it, just like me. I use the gate to separate my dogs when eating. If I needed something to really restrict them when leaving the house I don't think I would use this gate for that purpose.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
