Above all, this device has a suction! It's soft and not as strong as a Hakka breast pump, but it sucks! I love it, it's perfect for collecting milk at high tide while breastfeeding. He always wet the blanket I put over my lap. I was amazed at how much he collected. It reduced engorgement and collected milk at high tide and it was 2 ounces! I can't believe it would have tapered if I hadn't used a ladybug. Pros - quite easy to use and worn on the chest. Doesn't hurt, doesn't fall off - I didn't even use it with a bra, I used it while breastfeeding and it still held up. Sturdy, will not tip over or spill. Cons: There is a dent around the areola. Not that bad and not painful but still left. The small breast pump stopper looks a bit wobbly, could break, let's see. Overall I am very happy with my purchase! I hate pumping so this is a great way to collect milk that I don't need to pump or it will be wasted.
