The shoes themselves are great. These are probably the most comfortable VFFs I own and have been the only shoes I've worn in the last ten years. However, I didn't take into account the extra padding from the insulation. I spent 3 weeks breaking them in but in the end I had to admit they didn't fit. My advice: Yes, buy shoes. But take one size larger than your usual size.
