If you are selling a home in New Jersey, you must have smoke detectors sealed throughout the home for 10 years. This multipack was very profitable, the devices are small and very easy to install. I chose the 3M method instead of screwing it in and it was very easy. The magnet stays on and the device is very light so can't imagine it falling.
