I tried it and I really liked it! The blanket is well made and really pretty. I did not expect this. I've always liked heavy bedding, but it always felt too hot. That's right. I don't know how it can feel so rich and yet not be too warm to sleep on. When you pull it over you there really is a quiet sense of security. I've been a light sleeper my whole life and I think this blanket really helps. I have the 12lb option and it's spot on. It should be noted that the size is not typical of standard ceilings. I bought the full size and it's big enough to cover the top of the mattress without the slats. I didn't know about it, so it surprised me. After sleeping with it for a week I am very happy with the size. The fabric cover feels pleasant, very detailed cleaning instructions are attached to it. Also, the sellers are very enthusiastic about their product which is a delight, it arrived early and was well packaged. If you've been interested in weighted blankets but haven't made up your mind yet, I'd recommend these to you.
