I like that it has helped me to find out what skills my employees need in order to progress. Also, it helps with training and developing them once they have been identified as needing help. It is very easy to use and allows you to see your workforce at a glance which is great! Nothing really. The platform does everything but there are no other tools available from this software which we were looking into purchasing. Get in touch with HR for a demo of how their software can assist you. We used it mainly to get feedback about our staff members' skill sets so that when they leave (or start) we know where they stand relative to their peers.
