Review on 🎨 Astro Pneumatic Tool 4008 Spray Gun with Cup - Red Handle 1.8mm Nozzle: Your Ultimate Painting Companion by Kaushik Sokolowski

I bought this product specifically to paint a graphic stripe on an RV. I used Behr Outdoor Latex diluted with 25% water, which worked perfectly, but in retrospect I think a 20% dilution would have worked just as well and required fewer passes (the paint was very thin). The compressor used was a 6 gallon rigid pancake compressor set at 50 psi. No problem keeping up. Most people say you need a 30 gallon compressor, but 6 gallons worked fine for me. People have also said you need 1/4" hose. I bought one but didn't use it. I used 3/8" 50 foot hose. Again no problem. I also used the built-in water/oil separator. I had too much spray, but it was my fault, not the gun. My only downside is that it gets a little heavy after a while, but not heavy enough to deduct a star. It was very easy to clean. I can't speak long term, but in the short term my experiences are very positive. I'll probably look for more reasons to use it again. Highly recommended.
