Good but with the same flaws as Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0

Lots of cool new features and I really liked it. Cross-Dissolve has an issue with displaying the first clip interlaced with a clip far below. timeline. Elements still has the same "auto appear and disappear" issue when using time lapse clips. Adding "auto-appear" reduces the brightness of the entire clip, as does disappearing. It sometimes fades where it should, but adds zero seconds of fade and is almost impossible to see unless you zoom in really close. Dip to Black is best, but this also has the problem that it doesn't cover both clips, so you have to zoom in really close and cover both clips.
