I did not notice the oiler. Due to the location and once the part is installed you cannot point a grease gun at it. Stupid. Other manufacturers do not require lubrication of this ball joint. On top of that there is a screw where the picture shows the thread for installation. I don't know if it holds the lid or not. I don't understand why a ball joint with a grease fitting should be made in an inaccessible place. This company doesn't know what they are doing. You just do it.
