Review on πŸ”Š Altec Lansing inMotion iM7 Portable Audio System for iPod (White): Immersive Sound On-the-Go! by Kara Love

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great sound machine

I've listened closely to many similar devices including those from Bose, Logitech, Klipsch and other Inmotion devices. I believe the sound of this unit tops them all. It has a powerful amplifier and is capable of reproducing an amazing base and clear mids and highs. It works very well when you plug in an iPod or other player using the included stereo mini cable (which you can also get at any radio store if you ever need a shorter or longer cable). I don't see how this product can be improved in this price range. It's a bit larger than some others in its class, but that's part of what makes it so good at reproducing deep low frequencies. (You can't reproduce deeper basses convincingly without a size) The remote control works very well. It can move forward (or backward) if you're using an iPod and adjust volume, bass, and treble. It's also one of the few devices that can run on batteries if you want to take it somewhere you can't find space. associate. I love this device so much that I bought a second one for the office after having one in our house for a number of years now. It's a very good, solid, great sounding machine. I don't know why it's not a category killer for this type of product, but maybe they (Inmotion) didn't advertise as much as Bose or some other companies.
