The user interface is easy for non-technical people like me who don't know how computers work in general or what they are doing at all! I'm able to see my inventory status without having any technical knowledge of computer systems. It's not as intuitive when it comes time to enter new information into fields that require numbers (e.g., room rate). Also sometimes there will be errors where certain data won't update properly which leads us back through several steps until we find out why something didn't go right with our entry/update process - but this isn't always immediately apparent either so takes some patience if needed too often during business hours while working from home.
