3/4 do not turn well

All 4 rings arrived on time, comfortable and look like the photo. However, only one of them, the sandblasting ring, rotates smoothly. Neither the moon and star nor the CZ ring rotates very well. The locking ring is not a spinner at all, more of a fidget ring, but each of the thin rings moves around each other very gently.
