2 ordered. Both came with the top plate removed and separate bearings not mounted on the box. Miraculously all the brains are in the box, even though the mailbox is beating the hell out of the box. They seem solid and capable of handling 6T. But I think it's worth looking for a slightly more expensive option with sealed bearings instead of loose ball bearings.
