So far I am happy with this product. The sound is good and I like the different sounds and tunes. It even has "Happy Birthday" I had some questions about it and contacted the company and their customer service was excellent. They responded right away and answered my questions. They have a very helpful website as well, complete with very detailed videos showing you how to install your doorbell. I have a metal door with a metal frame. At first I installed the bell on the frame and was experiencing problems. I moved the bell to the door itself and now it works. I think the frame of the door, combined with a heavy lock on the other side was too thick and interfered with the transmission.
