A piece of this chain armor came off while I was riding, I didn't notice it at first because I didn't see it flapping while riding. It seemed to flap around and rub my clear coat hard enough to hurt. I've never had this on a taped car, I can tell the armor is significantly stronger than tape which I think is a good thing. . I contacted the company, they ended up getting my $25 back, I think that's cool, although now I may have to repaint the hood after they messed up my paint.
