Just a flat sheet of plastic and some Velcro. The "barrier" is not "precut" and has no mounting tabs or grommets. You could probably buy these items locally.

Be careful when attaching plastic to velcro, once it sticks you won't be able to move it. You may need glue to attach the Velcro to the fabric.

Plastic is stronger than ordinary old plastic. The Velcro has left marks on my blanket. Sticks badly. Does the iota match the instructions? I threw it away. Waste of $20 and 90 minutes of your time.

Installation was fairly easy. Not very good adhesion. Temperature indexes in South Florida exceed 100 degrees and the glue doesn't stick well. The PE foil separates from the Velcro and the Velcro does not stick to the roofing material. I used straight pins and pushed them through velcro. It seemed to help a little, but it still falls off the ceiling/roof of the car.

Product arrived as advertised. The problem I have is that the adhesive is not very strong so it has already started to peel and I received it yesterday.
