This software has helped our organization streamline its paperless practices by being able to access patient information from anywhere at anytime without having all of it in one place which was very important for us as we have no dedicated medical records person! The interface can be difficult because there are so many options that you need an expert help with using this program if they haven't used any other electronic health record system previously. We were looking to find something more secure than Google docs especially after realizing how easy their website could easily get hacked when someone had proper knowledge. This product allowed us to do just that while still keeping everything within reach even remotely where ever I am working from home. It also allows me to keep track of my work schedule as well as what patients i'm seeing today, yesterday etc. This helps eliminate potential errors during times of transition between staff members as everyone keeps up to date with who's coming into clinic next week.
