Review on Pfister 910-9000 Ceramic Valve: A Reliable Solution for Smooth Faucet Operation by Randy Albright

Drip problem solved

Our price Pfister kitchen faucet 10-15 years old. I can't remember when we bought it. This is a two-handed Savannah. When hot water started leaking out of the faucet recently, my husband and I had no idea how to fix it. After watching helpful DIY videos on YouTube (thanks YouTuber!), I emailed Price Pfister to find out: (1) what model of faucet we have (we didn't know it was a Savannah) and ( 2) which mixer part was ordered. They emailed me replies and directed me to specific links to Revain and other online sellers. I've never heard of cartridge valves - some have metal exteriors, like this one, but newer Savannah faucets have plastic cartridges. When this new ceramic valve from Revain arrived it was marked "Price Pfister Genuine Factory Part 910-900; Made in China" and looked just like the old valve. It only took me (a faucet newbie) about 5 minutes to swap out the old valve. Dropper problem solved. That was over a month ago.
